Evaluation of training programmes (band 5 starting out, BME leadership and ward managers’ programme)

An evaluation took place in late 2008 of three training programmes within Nottinghamshire Healthcare NHS Trust - the ward managers’ programme, the BME leadership programme and the Band 5 starting out programme (B5SOP). A mixture of qualitative and quantitative measures was used, the Learning Transfer System Inventory and focus groups/interviews.
