Making Waves training questionnaire

This document summarises evaluation results from a course undertaken with mental health service users which focused on imparting skills of presentation and training.   
An evaluation took place in late 2008 of three training programmes within Nottinghamshire Healthcare NHS Trust - the ward managers’ programme, the BME leadership programme and the Band 5 starting out programme (B5SOP). A mixture of qualitative and quantitative measures was used, the Learning Transfer System Inventory and focus groups/interviews.  
These guidelines are based on a number of studies relating to the measurement of psychopathy in a large sample of offenders with intellectual disabilities (ID) in three forensic settings.
